The Blues Will Treat Games like Final Fight PSG
London – Chelsea have awaited second leg of the Champions League last 16 against Paris Saint-Germain. Given the importance of this match, Chelsea will face it like a final match.
Chelsea will host PSG in the last 16 second leg match of the Champions League on Wednesday (11/03/2015). The Blues armed with a 1-1 draw from the first leg match at the Parc des Princes almost three weeks ago.
Two tough game just passed by Chelsea before facing PSG. John Terry et al. appearing in the English League Cup final against Tottenham Hotspur and won effortlessly at home to West Ham United three days later.
Although Chelsea had an away goal advantage, Gary Cahill will not dally. The Blues calls will treat the game against PSG as the final match.
“We’ve got more time than usual to rest and prepare in practice for three or four days before the game. We can fix the special things in preparation for the game,” Cahill said on the club’s official website.
“We know the quality of the PSG and the task that is before us. It will be like a final, decisive one big game, and we are ready to deal with it and give everything we have to qualify for the next round,” he asserted.
